Year in Review 2014 (part one)

January

Hello.......... today I thought I'd share another little look back post,  so here's the first half of last year.

January was full of good intentions for the new year, starting new calenders and projects, health kicks and trying to commit to finishing some WIP's (really must get around to them.....)

February

Arrived with the promise of  the Spring to come, the garden woke up, while I worked on a yarn bombing project and made a cute little heart garland for Valentines day.

March

Saw a summerhouse full of flowers inside and out, crocheted and real and my Springtime wreath back on the wall.  With good post days and some of my work in a local craft exhibition.

April

Saw me come down with a case of Mandalitis, like many others in Blogland, more yarn bombing creations were made for the Woollen woods this time, with a Birthday, Easter and a trip out, it was good month all in all.

May

Was Just rosie, with more Yarn flowers, this time for a new wreath. A first glimpes of the Yarn bombing installed at the Woollen Woods, plus a magical trip to the bluebells.

June

Saw a grand Ta-Dah, stitching and more mandala's, plus a wonderful surprise of seeing my Summertime wreath pictured in Crafts Beautiful magazine.

Ta-Dah

So that was the first six months of 2014, everything was going swimmingly craftwise, so I decided it was best to focus on that, as health wise things were going very wrong, with a full on relapse of my ME/Lyme disease.

I'll be back next time with the rest of the year .......

Happy Crafting

Clare xx

  1. You really accomplished a lot in such a short time. I know your health has been difficult but it doesn't seemed to have slowed you down that much, which is really wonderful and must bring you a lot of joy and satisfaction.
