A year in the Summerhouse garden

Hello........ Today I thought we'd take a little stroll through the seasons of the summerhouse garden.

At the start of the year I decided I'd take a picture each month of the Horse chestnut tree that stands beside the Summerhouse. So it's wonderful to finally see them all here together.

I did something similar  in 2013 with my favourite view from the house, you can read more about that 'here' , I guess it's my way of capturing how the world is always changing around us.

Any road to the flowers, a whole years worth are you ready.........

It's going to be a true feast for the eyes the perfect antidote to these  grey winter days

So sit back, grab a cuppa and enjoy.......

I thought it best to let the flowers speak for themselves, I love how the colours change throughout the year, the Yellows and Purples of Spring the Pinks and Lilacs of Summer, Autumn with all it's Warm tones and even in Winter there is still so much colour to be found.

I hope you enjoyed this trip around the garden as much as me.

Just before I go, I've set up a facebook page for the blog which you can find here
why not pop over and say hello.
