Three Things 27/52

It's year of happy time again, here's this weeks 'three things'.

Number one:

The first happy this week is seeing our lovely Horse Chestnut tree had made it through the Storm unharmed. I was so pleased to see it the next morning, thankfully the winds were nothing near as bad as the great storm of 1987. We've just not used to such dramatic weather here in the UK.

Number two:

Number two this week is all things 'Halloween' I do love it, have done since I was a kid. Here's a few Halloweenie pics.

Inspired by 'Chrissie' I made some spooky spider biscuits, to take to my sisters Halloween get together.  I don't cook very often as I'm just not well enough, but like to try and bake something for Special occasions (last year I made the above bat biscuits) and these were perfect as the baking part was low energy and quick and I sat at the table to decorate them. Plus other than the Minstrel, I adjusted the recipe to be dairy free.

Here's a picture of my sister disgustingly gross pumpkin which the kids loved, we had a great Halloween tea and even the grown up dressed up to take the kids trick or treating, I went as a Wheelie witch, and went along in wheelchair.

Number three:

Is a new craft magazine, with these super cute felt snowflakes as the free gift. They will be perfect for my Wintertime Wreath yippee, I ordered the magazine on the online shop so the free gift was a complete surprise bonus. Perfect.

Well that's all the happy for this time have a super happy week all. Linking up with 'Hannapat's' Friday Bake along.
